Start your feeding journey with confidence, even before your baby arrives. Our prenatal lactation visits are designed to prepare you for what’s ahead, offering evidence-based guidance, realistic expectations, and personalized support tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Whether you’re planning to breastfeed, chestfeed, pump, or combination feed, we’ll cover what you need to know to get started, including:

  • How lactation works in the early days
  • What to expect in the hospital and at home
  • Tips for positioning and latch
  • How to know baby is getting enough
  • What to do if things don’t go as planned
  • Building a support system that works for you

We’ll also talk through any previous feeding experiences, medical considerations, or questions you may have—no topic is off-limits.

This is a relaxed, one-on-one session that meets you where you are—whether you’re excited, nervous, or somewhere in between. Think of it as your personalized roadmap to feeding with confidence and clarity.

Because feeding your baby starts with feeling supported, informed, and heard.

Postpartum Breastfeeding Support

Welcoming a new baby is beautiful and sometimes overwhelming. Our postpartum lactation visits are designed to meet you right where you are, offering compassionate, expert support during one of the most tender and transformative times in your parenting journey.

Whether you’re breastfeeding, chestfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, or doing a little of everything, we’re here to help you navigate it all with confidence. During our time together, we’ll observe a feeding, address your questions and concerns, and offer evidence-based guidance tailored to your baby’s unique needs—and yours.

From latching issues and sore nipples to milk supply worries and pumping routines, we’ll work together to create a plan that supports your goals and helps feeding feel more manageable and joyful.

These visits can happen in the comfort of your home or virtually, and they’re always judgment-free, baby-led, and centered around what works best for your family.

You don’t have to figure this out alone; we’ve got you.

Exclusively Pumping Support & Education

Feeding your baby with expressed milk is a labor of love and you deserve support every step of the way. Whether you’re exclusively pumping by choice or circumstance, this visit is designed to help you feel confident, informed, and empowered in your feeding journey.

During our session, we’ll troubleshoot any challenges you’re facing—like milk supply concerns, pump flange fit, output issues, bottle refusal, or schedule questions. We’ll also assess your pumping setup to ensure comfort and efficiency, and help you build a sustainable plan that works for your lifestyle and goals.

We understand that exclusively pumping takes dedication and often goes underrecognized. You’re doing incredible work, and we’re here to make sure you’re not doing it alone.

This visit can be done virtually or in person and is fully tailored to you and your baby’s unique needs.

Your milk. Your way. With support that truly understands.

Return to Work Support

Heading back to work while continuing to feed your baby is a big transition—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Our return-to-work lactation support visits are designed to help you feel prepared, supported, and confident as you balance work and pumping.

In this personalized session, we’ll cover everything you need to make the transition smoother, including:

  • Creating a realistic pumping schedule that fits your workday
  • Storing and transporting breast milk safely
  • Understanding your rights and advocating for pumping breaks
  • Building and managing your freezer stash
  • Tips for maintaining supply while away from baby
  • Introducing bottles and preparing baby for the change

Whether you’re heading back to a traditional office, working from home, or something in between, we’ll tailor the visit to your unique situation, goals, and concerns.

You’ve worked hard to nourish your baby—let’s make sure you can keep doing it with confidence when work life resumes.

Is your baby refusing the bottle? You’re not alone—and there is help. Bottle refusal can be frustrating, confusing, and emotional, especially if you’re preparing to return to work or need a break from exclusive nursing. Our bottle refusal support visits are designed to guide you through this tricky phase with patience, strategies, and personalized care.

During our session, we’ll explore:

  • Possible reasons behind your baby’s bottle refusal
  • Different bottle and nipple options to try
  • Feeding techniques to encourage acceptance
  • How to introduce a bottle in a calm, supportive way
  • Timing and pacing strategies that respect your baby’s cues
  • Emotional support for you during this transition

We’ll create a step-by-step plan that fits your baby’s temperament and your family’s needs because there’s no one-size-fits-all solution.

With gentle, evidence-based guidance, we’ll work together to help your baby take the bottle and help you feel more at ease.
