Lookin’ Like A Snack:
Breastfeeding Basics:
In just a few short months, you’ll have a little person in your arms staring at you with big beautiful eyes, all the while wondering: Got milk? Join us for an informative and honest conversation about the journey of breastfeeding. Learn about the body mechanics that work together to create your milk, as well as why the lactation snacks you see online aren’t as magical as they seem. Let’s talk about breasts and your baby!
What to expect:
In a private session, while in your home, I will work with you and any caregivers on breastfeeding need to knows, and how to care for a breastfed baby. We’ll watch videos, use models to demonstrate latching, massage, and hand expression. We will answer those burning questions about what to expect during the first few weeks, as well as how we can really increase our breast milk, and why a freezer full of saved breast milk ISN’T the standard. In this more intimate setting, you will have the opportunity to have a more personalized experience.
